Join us on May 24, 2011 in Bern to kick-off the “Swiss Academia and Social Media Landscape” program. On this day, we will share the findings from our research about the social media presence of Swiss educational and research institutions, review some preliminary reports for each of your institutions, cover some basics for selected tools, and more.
In addition, we will learn what Swisscom is doing in terms of social media. Swisscom’s Social Media Manager, Patrick Möschler, will share withus how he runs social media at Swisscom, key success factors, and internal use of social media.
We will start the day at 9:30 am and finish up approximately at 4:30 pm. Find below a tentative agenda for the day. In addition, please bring a laptop if you have access to one.
